@ nordstrom:
Hålla, nice GTS.
Are there any roads in Sweden with unlimited speeds, like the German autobahn? I am betting there are NOT!
But, if so, have you experienced any adverse stability at high speed (200+ kph) with your pairing of the Aerokit front lip with the OEM active spoiler?
There is an active thread on this forum about duck tail lift-cancelling/down-force creation with a side discussion about mixing/matching front and rear aerodynamic aids.
Just curious if you have any experience with extended high speed runs with that set up- especially in crosswinds, in high speed sweeping turns and braking effectiveness or stability under heavy braking at high speed.
Thanks in advance.

Hej
No we don’t have the autobahn free speed roads here… I’m not an expert driver and I have not tracked my GTS so I have no experiance of any handling issues with the front lip. If any I would just remove it and go back to standard rather than adding a rear spoiler. I like the looks of it now and for driving kids to day care it works great Thanks for the thread tip!

Hallå! (Not Hålla!)
Thanks for the quick reply.
The US is also a "nanny" state as far as high speed limits.
There are a few states in the west that do not enforce speed limits in the daytime- but most of them will issue a big $ fine ticket and maybe take your driver's license for triple digit speeds (in miles per hour).
Based on my online research, below 80 MPH/130 KPH, mismatching any front/rear spoilers is a non-issue. At 100 MPH/160 KPH, it may begin to affect stability in crosswinds, cornering and even maximum braking effectiveness. Above 120 MPH/ 200 KPH, good luck...you have become a test pilot for your custom configuration.
Lycka till!

Hallojs!
It is an interesting thing this… I did not think the aero kit front lip did any down force differance in real life compared to the standard lip. But of course Porsche do not do an areo kit only for the looks (I hope)😀
I will certenly have this in mind and see if I feel any instability when pushing it a bit on the roads. I have done a couple pf track days with my former ”fun car” and I will see if 2022 will bring out the GTS to the track😀
the fitment is good, i did have to have the body shop shave a little bit b4 getting it painted... and i *could* remount it to get it fit a little straighter - but i dont want to remove 8 screws (even tho its not a big deal).
i was torn between GT3 + techart wing as well. make sure you have a reverse camera installed if you do get the gt3 wing. the techart wing, you wont notice or see in your rear view mirror. installing the techart wing imo is much easier and less invovled with the entire rear decklid (+ fans + electronics) swap for gt3 wing
both are nice wings tbh - i cant see you going wrong with either.

You are one tall dude, or shot this from an upstairs balcony somewhere in the islands.
No ka oi shot, brah.
Not a dude and shot from the Lanai at a friends home in Holualoa . I cannot recommend enough driving one of these on twisty mountain roads or from the beach to a volcano .
