Those are old pics Doug, but I pick up my 997 in two days and get to drive it with dents until the national back order rear quarter panel is built at the factory and shipped to Atlanta. Porsche NA is guessing anywhere from 3 to 9 months before it’s even built.
New rear wheel is on, new rubber on both rears, and some clear bra removal and buffing to go to make her somewhat presentable. I’m just ready to drive her. I won’t see the passenger side approaching her and I back her in the garage so the damaged passenger side is always against the wall.
Porsche is trying to accommodate me by enrolling me in the Passport Program until the part arrives. Fingers crossed!!
3-9 months?? Damn, I know they didn’t make many 997 GTS’ but that’s horrible. I have had difficulty finding parts for my RS4, I guess the 997 will go that way too.

...sad but true. Drove it the last two days and got my fix. Drives the same. Looks great from the drivers side! It’ll get repaired when it gets repaired.
made the 18's work!! please tell me the offsets, tire/rim sizes, i have a set of MY02's from the 996 40th anniv....i love these wheels but unsure about their working on my 997, before i spend, maybe 800 € on tires and mounting just to find out they SUCK on the 997, maybe the will be great, but i don't have that kind of disposable income...so, info is the next best thing, thanks and season greetings....! kevin
