My question to you, will the C2S drift like my 993. I used to love pitching her around corners!

Just received delivery yesterday of my purchased-sight-unseen first P car. Better than expected- delivery experience and condition of my dream-car. The smell of the full leather interior was something I couldn't get in pics!
Within minutes of shoehorning it in my LA garage, I had the amber indicators switched out for clears.
Next on the list is to drain and refill the gearbox with PTX. Even though it shifts very smoothly at its current 9,800 miles, I figure it doesn't hurt to consider it a replacement of of break-in fluid with hopefully evolved specs of the replacement fluid.

I really have not tried to make it drift. I think the rear is planted so well that if it breaks loose it might be ugly. Look forward to your comparison.

How hot was the oil temp?!
If it was me (and I didn't have to work tomorrow), I'd wait until ~7:30 pm tonight, fill up the stead with petrol, pack some snacks & lots of liquid, and point the 997 into NorAZ!
Then I'd check into a hotel/motel in Flag and sleep and sit in a pool tomorrow and drive again on Weds eve...rinse & repeat...
PS 120F is nasty so be safe, and seriously, take advantage of the nearly full moon...
PSS I hope that you have ventilated seats!(?)
