Have the following on order:
- Porsche OEM Leather dash defroster vents and leather door handle spears

That should complete my leather upgrades for now.

Only other mod is a Fister Exhaust, which I truly love. Oh, and clear side markers. The sight, touch and smell of my leather upgrades, combined with the sound of the exhaust, makes the 911 that much more a delight to 4 out of my 5 senses.

Will probably do a set of wheels next.
Since my previous update, I got the following mods done:

- OEM Sport Classic "Fuchs" wheels
- OEM Leather defroster vents
- OEM Leather door pull spears
- OEM Carbon door sills

Thanks!
Red and black is a favorite of mine as well, two of my previous sports cars were that color combo. Next, you need to do your dash pod dial gauges in red to complete the look!

Very true... I have the red gauges on hand. I just need a free weekend to install them.

This is a great thread USMC. Nothing wrong with having a 'modsession' with your 997!

It's also a great way to see how each of you have personalized your cars in all areas from interior pieces to drivetrain - good stuff indeed!

Keep up the mods & pictures of your hard work! Mark/Pelican Parts

Your ride is awesome USMC DS01. IMHO, all you now need is a upgraded center console. The stock one is crap, where porsche chinzed. Not a mod guy but I'm gonna change this out for sure.

cvtbenhogan, thank you sir. She's a labor of love... I've enjoyed every moment of modding and driving her. Have to agree with you re the center console. I want so badly to get the Porsche leather version... but at $3K+ for the factory leather version I may have to ebay a kidney.

The leather center console was my first mod. The price of admission is high for the OEM leather piece, but well worth it for me. Let me tempt you and your kidney with a pic.

USMC, Great job so far on the mods, I would get your console painted red by Eric.
Mspeedster,
You may have the nicest interior I have ever seen on a 911. Nicely done

Agreed - that interior is how it should have come from the factory.
