Frino, a colleague at work has just purchased a black / black C4S Aerokit Cup - that will be next to have the grills.

How do you like the sport shifter ?

[QUOTE=Z356;9567308]A few years ago, when you went to the Loeber Porsche website, they had a shot of all three '08 PTS 911's together (the Orange, the Mexico Blue and your RS Green), tail to tail, similar to one of their rotating photos in their site today:

sorta like this:

Very cool. What's on the bumper on the green car just above the tail pipes? Blurry but looks like it could be a Porsche badge.

I don't think we can tolerate bright colors on 911s!

the badge on the bumper cover is Loeber's logo - not there now though.

I only have the green edition - shame I know !! (well I do have a 73 RS to go with it in the garage though)

Quick question, How did you handle the center block off when you installed the center grill? Did you buy the OEM piece for the 3rd radiator/tip or did you modify the existing one? Rennline's website says it can be modified with a dremel tool to fit.

I purchased the grill kit but have not installed them yet because of this issue (OEM piece was backordered when I ordered my grills and now they want $95).

Cheers

I bought the factory GT3 / Aerokit part from my local dealer - good price. On my colleagues car he's going to try to use my removed part, but he's likely better then me with a dremel !! The kit works well and looks close to factory - so I'm a happy camper...

Grills worked out very well, lots of online help in describing steps.

Nick:

I received the package you sent me with the 'Signal Green' Touch Up Paint stick. Thank you very much for your kind generosity. I will take it to Carmel and match it up against the factory 'Signal Green' I have there. However, the interesting thing will be if they truly are the same color! The 'Signal Green' stick you sent me was done to match the 1991 Porsche production color (of similar name) which had the color code 22S/M1. My 2007 PTS 'Signal Green' 997S has a different 'colour' code - W25. Supposedly, it should be the same color! But we will know soon - August is when I get back to Carmel for the auto activities there in first half of that month!

Saludos,
Eduardo
