Default One of the best/cheapest mods I've done

I installed the 7 & 15mm H&R wheel spacers to my 06 on Tuesday, and I'm really impressed with the look it gives. I recommend this to anyone.

As far as the ride and handling, I haven't put the car through anything more than interstate driving and all seemed the same so far. It may possibly bring a bit better handling, but I was after the look more than anything.

I agree, these cars look much better with the wheels pushed out a little. They look even better when lowered a little (3/4" makes a nice difference).

I already have to watch pulling into my driveway, for some reason the S will scrape , but the 4S did not. Whats a good Lowering spring for price and comfort ?

I installed Bilstein Damptronics which are height adjustable. I didn't want the fixed drop provided by springs. But springs are cheaper.

I'd say there's a big difference in price from the Bilstein's to a set of springs

H&R. Drop is 1.25" which is perfect imo.

Did you have to get extended lugs or anything?

Yeah, the kit comes with the longer lugs, you really need them.

H&R springs sound like the right way to go. I really love the look of your C4S , Sandwedge !

This is what you get with spacers and H&R's.

Exactly. Just add a 5 in front of the $499 you pay for the springs and the wheels will be in the same box. It's that simple.

Do you have a side shot of your car?
