Well done, looks great

Drove to work, took a coworker out for a joyride, convinced him he needs one too...

Mods4Cars Remote Key. Splice it into the fuse box wiring in the drivers side. Allows horn/beep when lock or unlock, auto up/down of passenger window from drivers and one touch up/down from remote of windows.

$300 bucks but its worth it not having to double check if I locked my car cause I can't hear the dang thing. Had it on my last 911 and can't live without it.

Thanks for sharing this, I never know if the 997 is locked or not, looking into it now!

Anyone in SoCal have a PIWIS2?, will pay for an hour of your time, need to get the 997-613-289-01- steering control module programmed. would rather pay a fellow enthusiast than dealer.

Totally worth it. Installation instructions up on their site. If you can follow instructions, you can do this.

I know its $300 but between the options it allows its worth it. I use the auto up/down all the time to air the car out, place my coat in the passenger side, etc.

My older 997.1 had one touch close of sunroof. My 997.2 doesn’t. Need to see if this made it one touch close.

My 11 year old garage assistant and I (after adjusting the front wheel bearing tension on the 928) made 914 and 911 sugar cookies for my Indy's annual chili cook-off this evening, since I don't make chili.

That's awesome! Love it and the fact your Indy does an annual chili cook off. I'm jealous, sounds like a great time!

All on my 2011 GTS, car is fairly new to me....

Yesterday I installed my SharkWerks center muffler delete, oil change, and did my first CL wheel removal/install.
Last week I also added some extra lumbar support to the GT2 carbon buckets.... That made a massive difference! so much better to rider in now.

The sounds on the SharkWerks is music to my ears!
