They (sport design) may look great but I hate washing them!

Replacing wheels on my 993 are a low priority right now, but I have to say your Carrera Sports wheels are very nice.

Not sure, I actually saw one on a 996 C2 yesterday, and it was sticking out and looked terrible! 996 C4 is wider, so it should fit better, but not sure about offsets to know if it fits or not.

IMO, these wheels look kinda out of place on a 996, best wheels for 997 IMO, but looked a bit weird when I saw it on 996 the other day.

Agreed, your're summers blow away the 5 star. My friend has the 5 star on a new S, I think they are called classics or something like that. I don't like the way they look on his , even in the 19" S trim.

Wow, Leader, your car is effing brilliant.

looks like $5500 for a set of the dark silver with shoes from suncoast:

Not sure if it costs extra for black etc.

I have these same wheels on my '07 Cab 4S, I love them too, interesting to hear too that they are the widest oem wheels available, but be extra careful of avoiding curb rash. The design of the rims make them very difficult to repair.

My dealer's subs would not confirm they could match the machined edge finish. I've read from the forums a place in PA has a great reputation for doing this work, but it's too far for me. :-(

Any feedback on how the Sports look with Arctic Sliver? I've just seen a few pictures on-line and at first glance they seem to be a better match for GT Silver exterior. I'm looking to include the Carrera Sports in my '11 build, and looking to get Silver exterior. But don't really want to shell out the extra 3 grand for GT silver. Any one seen these wheels with the new Platinum silver color?

I love them too! I could be a buyer for a set if someone wants to get rid of them.

The Sports look fantastic with any shade of Silver, Gray, and Black. Even with blue (Edgy01 car)... so, if you're on the fence, don't be. Would look great with Silver.
