Default Black Wheels

Hello all. I have a question. I have a 2009 Carrera S Racing Metallic Green. I am considering getting black wheels. Any opinions?

I would not....if anything go with a champion type wheel that is shinier and has a wider lip. My .02 for what its worth.
Love that color....would have been my second choice.

My vote is for white. Over black that is.

Yeah keep em silver and go for a more aggressive wheel as said above!

Nice car.

well given your user name, wouldn't purple be better in keeping with the hulk theme? jk

...but on a serious note, I woudn't go with black either on green. If you want to be different from plain old siliver, try white or bronze or gunmetal.

Don't do it. I second the Champion with polished rims suggestion. But your car looks fantastic just as is.

Pretty much agree. Dark green is so classy. I'd stay with machined or silver. Black works best with solid colors.

Thanks to all for your input. i was leaning toward leaving it alone, but then I got the black wheel bug, wanting to look more aggressive. Decisions....decisions

If you wanted more aggressive, you should have gotten a black car, not black wheels.....you can be the kinder, gentler Hulk!

Cole328. That is true, but THE HULK is referring to me, not the car. LOL. I am a pretty built guy, so when I step out of any car, it speaks volumes of aggressiveness. But you are right, a black car would be hard!!!

Black wheels suck on any color. They look either unfinished or dirty, usually both.

Bob,

Black wheels can look really good with certain color. It makes my club coupe more aggressive.
