I drove mine today and yesterday and the day before and........

Central/South Texas winters are much better than what you experience in NYC.

The trick is to get the car dirty somehow and keep it that way. Then you are more likely to drive it in crappy weather. Once dirty: Do NOT wash it for as long as you can stand it.

It truly has been a cold bitter winter here in the NorthEast. Nothing to do. Too cold to even wash and detail. All we can do is read posts and dream of a winter thaw soon.

That's exactly why I got my C4S a set of snowboots...I atleast get to drive her on clear winter days three to four days after a snowfall when the roads are cleared here in central WA. Not driving the car from mid-November to March is not acceptable to me.

Lots of room in Australia .....35 degrees here yesterday ..... airconditioning got a good workout (don't want those seals to dry out, tee hee hee). It gets wet here but never below about -5. Could not imaging storing a car for so many months each year without use. Why not use it with appropriate snow tyres etc and then do a major change/clean at the end of winter?

I know what you mean. I've started mine up three times this week and moved it six inches just to make sure flat spots don't develop.

The high today will be 2 degrees F. 2-4 more inches of snow forecasted.

Been driving the 911 all week here in DC. It's in the low 20's in the mornings but the roads are dry and clear. Now if they just would fix all those potholes...

Starting her like that and not drivng her may not be good for the engine, hoses, etc. Especially three times in one week.

I would search to find people opinions on this.

Snowshoes, snowboots whatever you want to call them, put them on and enjoy. Nothing like a spirited drive in the low to mid 20's when the roads are dry..............you will be rewarded with a symphony of wonderful sounds from the engine
