I love these people who want to control how much profit somebody else makes!

I wonder how they felt about it when their 50K bungalow was sold for 750K? Is that being greedy?

I don't think so, but again I don't think anything should be establishing a price other than the market!

Exactly. Anything is worth what the market will bear. I have heard alot of people say the car is worth XXXX, when a few months later it sells for 80% of that.
