New CF interior parts!! Lots of pics!!
What's up guys i finally got my cf pieces from tylor at tcarbon.com ( big thanks btw!), this is the first set and will be released to the public shortly. I opted to get the kind where you install the cf yourself so i didnt have to do a core exchange ... sorry no install pix yet, but im just really excited so I posted a little teaser , I'll take more pics when I get these pieces on my car. I'm also going to have some cf mirrors which are complete replacements coming in soon!

Wow, those are some pretty cool looking pieces. I met Tyler (owner of tcarbon) online at Audiworld - he was interested in my old TT at one time as a car to mod with some of his products. Nice to see that it looks like he got his business off the ground!

The way I look at it is that CF interior pieces are simply a look/style that some people like. Even if the interior part are replacements, the weight savings is trivial.
Porsche isn't selling OEM parts like a CF shift **** in the interest of weight savings!
CF body part such as doors, fenders and hoods are a different story.

J/K on the weight, of course. $4K for a CF hood is even tough to swallow with performance benefits. For reference, about how much are we talking for a reasonably complete set (or a little less) like 997driver posted (non stick-on)? IMHO, a piece here or there looks out of place. You'd have to do a fair amount to look "integrated" like it was supposed to be there.
