I received a packet in the mail with new Roadside Assistance cards and program changes.
It is not clear on what changed...any ideas?

I thought the exact same thing after I read through it.

I have no idea why they sent it other than to remind us of the service.

I got it along with the Spring 2005 Tequipment catalog. Wasn't sure why, thought maybe because of my 2007 order?

hey, where is my copy of the Spring Tequipment? I read the roadside update today and just realized they would pay me the hotel and meal if my Porsche broke down over 100miles away from my home and the car cannot be fixed in the same day.

10% off any techquipment if you purchase June 1st through July 15th. That's not a bad deal (although it says some restrictions apply)

You can generally get 10% off, on parts, if you are a PCA member at almost any dealer, any time!!
You used to get it off both parts and installation, not as prevelent now on installation.

Plan is pretty much the same, and it explains the services of the plan in an easier to understand plain english.

but the provider/partner is now GE Roadside.

Yep, provider has changed. I thought that the packet was a nice touch, regardless. The wallet card is not as pretty, though. <g>

I wonder if you can combine the PCA 10% discount and the special 10%???

Did anyone notice the exclusion (for towing I think) if you have aftermarket wheels? I find it interesting that it should appear in there, and then a few days later I get the techequipment sale with discount coupon.
