Default Updated with Pictures CUC - Painted Model Desig

What is this option? I saw it listed on a vehicle in a local dealer's inventory.

I think it is the "Carrera" script painted in the body color to match.

I ended up buying this car with the painted rear emblem. For those who have never seen this option or are considering this option I have taken a picture of it. I do like the look of the painted emblem, I think it is alot better looking than the standard chrome piece and adds to the look of the vehicle.

That looks nice. What color is the car, Arctic? Do you have a shot from further away you can post? Might add that to my option.

Thanks.

What color is the emblem if not painted exterior color? Is it silver?

Thanks.

The standard emblems are silver, pretty close in color to RDKJ's photo above. They're not chrome.

The car is GT Metallic Silver. Most emblems I have seen appear to be leaning more towards a chrome, not silver. Maybe, someone can post a picture for comparison's sake.

RDKG:

When you have some time can you post some more pics of your car? Especially in the sunlight if not too much trouble.

Thanks.

How much is the option? Knowing Porsche's option prices, you are probably better off doing an emblem delete and then buying a new painted emblem from bumperplugs.com.

My thoughts exactly...Eric will paint it any color you want.....I personally like some of the deviating painted emblems to go along with deviating carpet and/or stitching.
