Thanks Dan, maybe you should add that you can not safely put these springs on 997's with the PASM option?

If i'm mistaken (wouldn't be the 1st time) let me know.

unfortunatly H&R keeps all of their spring rates private, in fact they would nto even tell me when i jsut talked to them. they claim that "spring rate is a inaccurate way of comparing, spring hieight, number of coils, progressive, etc are a more immportant way of gauging comparison"
however, they assured me that these springs are designed to work with a factory package, they will not blow out factory struts/shocks.

Dan -

The EVOMS short shifter kit looks completely different than the OEM or the B&M kits i've seen so far here. As I have never installed either, can you explain the differences? Also, that item has no price.

The only reference to the shifter I could find was: http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=2472

Thanks!

That is the one we use to put in when I started Boxstering in 1999. I have only seen it twice in the past few years, and it was to remove it and put in the B&M which has a shorter throw. You reuse your shift lever with the EVO unit. Back then the metal bearings were an option.
