These are 997.1, but should be very similar to the .2

Good idea going to H&R's - I've had them on all my 997's.

*I got down on my knees for a more accurate measurement:
Front is just a hair under 25.5"
Rear 26.5"
...And of course various tire heights/tire inflation & weight up front like gas level will also come into play

**From what I remember, H&R's come in 2 variations(model#'s) - One model a 1" drop and other a 1.3" drop - I have the 1" drop set

great info guys!!! This really helps.. I’m sick of *****’n coilovers… it’s always something. I had H&R’s ona 996TT and cayman R and loved the simplicity. I don’t like slammed so they work nice. I have my coilovers now at 26 7/8”F and 26”R, so this should work good.. everyone using oem struts??

What a spacious uncluttered garage ----> Sweet amount of room just make sure Surf Boards are well mounted for earthquake

I prefer a more cramped/chaotic setup:

I may be missing something here but the drop should be the same for narrow body and wide body. Offset is different but I don't see how that should affect the drop with lowering springs. I've had H&R springs on three 997's now and I agree with you about the simplicity of them compared to coilovers along with the much lower cost. For what it's worth to you, the measurements you wanted are almost exactly 25" up front and 26" on the rears on my GTS.

Assuming 19"wheels, I have to think the size of the tires would make a difference on these numbers though. Mine are 235/35/19 up front and 305/30/19 for the rears.

your probably right on the distance being the same. I’ve never had a wide body 997, just a 996 (also very close). Thanks for the measurements. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t gappy before I did this… I had them on the 996 and cayman R and they were great. I’m just tired clunks right after it’s aligned and now I have to start over etc etc.. gets old man
