Default Rennline spacers vs ECS

Anyone use these Rennline spacers? The 15mm kit costs almost 100.00 more just wondering if anyone knows why and are they comparable.. the Rennline are cutout and ECSs are solid… anyone? Most of these kits are sold out or I’d just get the ECS

The ecs stuff has been proven for a while now. I just bought their lug bolts like 3 weeks ago. It's a spacer there shouldn't be any performance difference Rennline will be a little lighter.

good point.. they should be lighter yes. I have ECS spacers on 3 other cars and they’ve been great but there all back ordered so I found the renns… I’ll just get them, just making sure if there is something I’m not seeing

thx

They are good spacers/wheel bolts. Installed them on my friends 991. Just make sure the hubs are clean, its a tight fit.

I put a little anti-seize paste on the hub to prevent corrosion and the spacer from corroding to the hub.

I have BBS CH-R’s, in my experience aftermarket wheels seem to have the utmost amount of gap vs oem wheels, but ya if your using oem wheels, very tight .. I use two hangers as well and always keep the hubs clean .. if you loosen the lugs a little and shake the wheels they break loose

I couldn't tell from the photo of these spacers if they have the hub centric wheel centering flange, but only use spacers that do or you'll have high speed vibrations.

I installed ECS 3 years ago and initially had a bit of shaking at 70mph but retorquing took care of that.

I’ve been running Venum wheel spacers for the last year, $140 for all 4 + 20 lugs.

Quality spacers/lugs and shipped fast from So Cal. They even called to verify something before shipping and it arrived in 2 days.

Mine are bare aluminum.

They called me after I ordered and said they could ship bare aluminum spacers with black bolts or cancel the order.

I went with the bare aluminum for the spacers, no regrets.
