Changed to Diven FR50 oil from Motul
Is it expected to gave increased oil burn off with FR50? I noticed it. Only drove about 1000 miles and now it's on the last bar. Never had that with motul. With motul only had to add after 4k miles. I did put in new headers xpipe hight flow cats and comp intake and a tune. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

It should actually have less burn off once stabilized. I assume you didn't do a flush with BR40 for 200 miles between running the Motul and the FR50?

I switched from Motul xcess 5-40 to DT40 on my last oil change; no flush or anything special. Doesn't appear that I've burned a drop in 2,300 miles since the oil changeover. FWIW I did add Ceratec after my penultimate oil change with the Motul Xcess about 6,000 miles ago FWIW.

.2 use the DI40 meant for the .2 direct injection engine:

Looks decent considering it's the first oil change with this and you ran it many more miles than the previous sample. Do the next one at 4,000 miles so we can compare it to the prior 3,800 mile one and so it's not a contaminated sample from the other oil (unless you did a Driven BR flush as part of this).
