Default POLL: How many of us drive our cars as a DD?

How many drive occasionally (weekends, fair weather, etc.)?

I do. I drive this car 7 days a week.

Every day.
40 mile total commute on weekdays.
Sometimes road trips with significant other and dog on the weekends, or Home Depot, or the track.

151k, runs and drives great.

Nope. Chevy Express 2500 work van. The antithesis of a 911.

As long as no rain in forecast and no sketchy/crowded/gravel parking anticipated, I drive my 09 C4S every chance I get, which ends up to be about 3-4 days a week. I always try to find the choice parking spot with no cars around it. I had a sweet Subie STi back in the day that got a big ol dent at a parking lot. My 997.2 looks basically brand new, I wanna keep it that way as much as possible, these 997s are just beautiful cars.

You should do a Poll/Vote. I think if you edit your post you can set up a Poll if u want.
I use my 997 very rarely. Occasional dinners out or a rare mountain drive. Only 1000 miles/year.
Years ago I drove them more regularly but combination of roads getting worse(Potholes/etc) and my nice comfortable Mercedes Diesel SUV, it stays garaged.

It's my main car, but I don't drive daily. Work from home, etc. I bought it almost 13 years ago and I've put about 105k miles on it. It's got a got a good number of days (maybe ~12?) on Road Atlanta and been on trips from ATL to Cinci, Tampa, Buffalo, and a few other places. I take it everywhere - supermarket, airport, whatever. Had a 964 (see avatar to left) for about 11 years prior and was same - main car, track, airport and all that - I put 100k miles on that car. In 24 years of owning a 911, nobody has ever messed with either of them - no dings - nothing. I've always thought it had to do with respect. It gives one a glimmer of hope for humanity.

Daily here but only drive to work one day a week. Work from home most days.
Use it on nice days on the weekend. I try and avoid the salt when they do lay it down.
Live in Vancouver Canada. It’s like fall here all winter. ;-)

Where is the poll?

I don’t commute as I WFH, I drive the car if it’s not horrible weather (unless my wife’s car is gone).

3-4K per year on my car and about 10k a year on my wife’s.

This car is my only personal car. My wife has a BOLT that I may use a bit but my C2S is my daily and it feels special every time I drive it, which is why it is my daily!!
