Those are PCCBs. Maybe they glow more like that when hot, but you'd think the opposite and the iron rotors would get hotter.

Thank you!
Oregon raceway park is my favorite track(purely from track layout/experience to drive)It's a ton of fun and very scary(many blind elements). A close second favorite in the PNW is Area27(used by Porsche for Porsche Canada drive experience). see below

They are GT3 Tek side skirts. It seems they are NLA (Better Bodies acquired GT3 Tek, I believe) on their site but you might be able to find them on eBay. Interestingly, Better Bodies offers Moshammer-style skirts (https://www.betterbodiesmotorsport.com/product/225/porsche-997-mach-ll-side-skirts-rocker-panels-2005-2012-carreragt3-narrow-body). No affliation. Almost a direct rip-off.

when you're here, go to a PCA, POC, or Porsche event at BRP or Willow Springs just to hang. It is fun just to be there. The reason I mention it, is if you are at STREETS of Willow at dusk and the track is running so the straight is downhill to the skidpad, the glowing rotors on the cars is a great photo opportunity and just cool to see. The same with the big straight at WSIR and up on the balcony at BRP. If it is dawn or dusk, I always go to see it if I am there.

The one posted in the photo you quoted is a Maxton Design. I ended up replacing it with one from UNQShop (https://unqshop.com/porsche-911-fron...,number,480235). It didn't sit as low and was a lot less expensive. I also liked the design better.
