I do take exception to your anti-mod stance.
The Sharkwerks X-pipe preserves the PSE function and only increases the volume to a level that is audible in the cabin with windows up.

If you never sampled a DSC box...don't. It will make you want one.

As most here know, you could find more modded (reversible!) parts on my car than OEM, but if I were to ever take them all off, the only two I'd keep would be the DSC and Sharky.
Being able to keep the OEM 'Standard' suspension mode but totally mod the Sport mode is a wonder in the 997 platform. The only thing better is the new 992 GT3 RS's cockpit adjustable suspension.

Far short of 100k that the seller was asking for. PMarket spoke.

Default PCAR & BaT Sales today

Both GTS’s went pretty low but like others have suggested the PDK’s tend to pull in less $$.

Selling mine on EBay (proper tranny) with few offers in the mid to low 90’s

Porsche built some fabulous 911’s in the 2011-12’s

Your car will definitely shed some light on what a 6MT/RWD/Coupe fetches in todays retail market.

From the RL Marketplace ad, you listed it at $120K, both here and on eBay back in mid-August. Since reduced to $113K.

GLWS, but the red interior and 42K odo might be strong headwinds to fetching that $.

Side note, both 991.2 GT3 Touring’s today also seemed soft on both PCAR & BaT. My ultimate goal in selling this GTS & my now sold 991.1 S for a properly spec’d 991 GT3 Touring.

Tomorrow should be interesting with the Fed rate hike & talk all the best

Yeah, that's kinda true....but let's just take a look at the numbers for mine.

82,750 sale price
4,137.5 buyers premium
86,887.5 final cost before shipping

That doesn't seem like 80k to me.

On top of that...it was bought by a Porsche dealer. So was my 100k high, sure. That car will be listed at Porsche of Wichita for 100k for sure.

Because Guards Red!!! Seriously, it is a stunning car/color, low miles, plus excellent presentation. Nice hammer for a 4GTS and PDK.

Plus the BaT factor. I'm convinced that site gets better results for Porsches than any other.

i like that goal. Interested in a gt3 touring too but these 991 T seem interesting to me. Properly spec ‘Ed ones not so bad. Gt3 touring lite?

But I agree, putting yourself & your car out there (for RL commentary) prior to spending the time, effort to detail the car is just plain lazy, and speaks to the ownership. You buy the seller.
haha,... NAILED it (nailed it for the buyer,... but from my standpoint, the "seller" left some $$duckets$ on the table)

Hi Team, I've been following the dialogue and ultimately pulled the trigger on a GTS this week. I look forward to sharing more once I take possession.

Part of my shopping journey was to be sure I got a fair/good price, so I've been tracking prices of 997.2s all year. In fact, I put the degree I earned in statistics (in the 1990s) to the test building a small model to estimate the value of different features and selling conditions.

A few highlights from the 165 comps I tracked:
- On models, GTS is worth $20K more than S while base worth $7K less than S
- On vintage, 997.2 is worth roughly $15K more than 997.1 (and perhaps more than $20K for early 997.1 vs late 997.2s)
- On body style, cab is worth $10K less than coupe (but cost, what, $8K more?)
- On mileage, going from 45,000 miles to 15,000 miles on the odo is worth $17K (I expected more...)
- porsche certified is worth 6,600 more (I expected more)
- BAT listings (inclusive of fees) is 6K discount
- color was not a consistent driver of price differences
- sport lifted values by $1,750 (less than I expected)
- pricing seeming to fall here in the post-summer period (obvious, I suppose)

There are a bunch of weaknesses with this approach. Many of the comps are asking price, not closed price, but given how fast cars moved earlier this year, I don't think this is a bad assumption. I only focused on 6MT cars, so PDK excluded. Also, I didn't quite get to all the options that people here price... too much work.

Agreed. I think I left a significant amount. After getting brow beaten about everything it was worth it to see what would happen. Me selling mine low hurts everyone.
