UPDATE:
Hammer price was $65K, $68,250 all-in. Wow, the buyer was lucky the reserve was low.
That is pre-pandemic pricing.
Another Carrara White PDK coupe w/ 41.6K miles on BaT.
$60K high bid with an hour to go…
Bidders are concerned about possible paint work not on CarFax or a seller explanation.
Very clean car exterior, interior and frunk- looks new.
Variations from build sheet are: red taillights replaced with clear, side script changed to 991 GTS format (It annoys me a bit that mine has the word “Carrera” in three places- bit of overkill?) and the rockers/interior transmission hump are painted body color (and the front lip is left black, which is normally replaced/repainted more often than the rockers).
To my eye, it looks lowered from PASM height- actual appears to be lower than SPASM- which does not appear on the build sheet- but no mention of that mod in the listing.
Very comprehensive listing by the seller- all maintenance records from one dealer, paint meter readings, hi-def pics in great light, etc., etc.
We’ll know in an hour what a clean PDK coupe with ***, Sport Chrono and the other ubiquitous premium options trades for. Last few have been in the low to mid 80s.

Here is a gem condition GR AWD listed by a high ask paradigm seller with little pertinent info but great pics asking all the $107K for a 7K mile PDK $127K MSRP (!!) example.
Truth! I bought my 991 GTS from GP Motors... Voodoo PTS and 6,500 miles.
To their credit, it was the easiest car purchase I've ever made... we did it all via text message including the price negotiation and they fixed a few minor bits turned up by the PPI before shipping the car to me.. e.g replaced struts on engine cover which are a known issue on 991s. I'd buy from those guys again. Can't say the same about the local Porsche dealership that sold me my 997 GTS...

Cool article. There is more history than I previously knew. I was aware of the "guidelines" for decal placement. If Mobil was paying me, I would pay attention. But since they aren't, f-it.

$98,606 with buyers fee.
That's a good deal given he gets both sets of seats, one of which is worth $10k itself, plus the other mods. I like the GT3RS wheels here.
Persnickety, but I'd get rid of the bed liner spray on the front lip and redo that in an SEM Trim black. Otherwise, not much to touch. Great build.

With Buyers Premium just over $100k like we said. We've pretty well defined the GTS market in it's current state. PDKs sell for $75-$85 and 6 speeds $95-$105 unless there's something really special about the car being discussed (super low miles, rare and desirable color scheme, etc).
Actually, it was just shy of $100K ($98,606 with buyer's fee). The Carrara White car with PDK and 41K miles hammered at $65K, or almost $29K less than this car. Who says there isn't a premium for manuals?

Always a premium but not a $30k one. This had the GT seats.
That one had about 30K worth of factory GT upgrades. What a well put together GTS. It's a good deal at 100K for someone that appreciates the top tier upgrades.
