Been using this car seat for my 5 year old for past year. No need to pull the seats and easily installs and removes for cleaning. Just throwing this out there as another option.

I've had a good experience with the Harmony Dreamtime, but has anyone been able to find a good rear-facing for a coupe?

Note to baby/child seat installers - The bottom of many of these baby/child car seats can leave a nasty indentation/impression marks on the rear leather seat bottom.
My previous 997 had these marks on the rear seat bottom and fairly impossible to remove and just looks terrible.
Assuming some sort of cloth or towel type material in between the car seat and seat bottom will help in eliminating these unsightly marks

Car seats work much better in the 997s if you just completely remove the rear seats - both the bottoms and the backrests. Our kids haven't been in the back of our 997s in car seats in probably 5 years and we still haven't reinstalled the rear seats. Should probably do that to free up the space in the parts cabinet.

After a lot of reading and procrastinating I went with the Porsche Junior plus seat G2 + G3 (Pelican Parts $360). My very tall 3.5-year old (3'7'') loves it. It fits really well and the top of the car seat can be pushed down and sits flat in the cab with the top down.
I only removed the base of the back seat. Back panels are still in place and she doesn't sit uncomfortable for now.

I looked for awhile to find a good solution that gave my daughter a decent amount of room (she's 4). Options that worked were Britax Boulevard, Graco Slimfit, and Cybex 3 in 1 - but none worked great without removing the seats entirely. Then, I came across the WAYB Pico. This thing is awesome. It doesn't have any of the extra plastic bulk, and not only fits - but there's plenty of room for my daughter. I came across it from researching and found that a fellow Rennlister had posted it. I got mine directly from the website but also found it on Amazon: WAYB Pico Car Seat

Cybex Aton 2 works. I use it to take my kiddo to/from daycare a few times a week. Passenger seat is pretty unusable with the car seat in unless the passenger is tiny.

Looking for my little dude's next seat for my cab, and this is a great find, thanks for sharing. Looks perfect for travelling too. I currently have the Britax Marathon which also fits well (it is narrower than the Boulevard) but my wife has to sit with the passenger airbag in her face.
