I'm getting ready to have a vehicle shipped from Texas to California. Any recommendations from this group on a good shipping company?
Has anyone worked with Beacon Shipping Logistics? Thanks

Beacon is probably a broker. I used Bears Transport, a broker, with good results as did 2 of my friends.

If you want really quality transport though, then Intercity, Reliable, JP Logistics, etc are the way to go.

I had my C4S shipped from Indiana to CA in August. Paid $1400 for a closed transport. Call Hayk 844-473-1200

I was very happy with him.

Had mine shipped from Alabama to CT single car closed transport ($1200) was incredibly easy and good expereince. Drivier was very responsive and on-time. I don't have the dispatch name but the number is: 305 733 8113, dispatch was also really great to work with.

I've shipped enclosed transport with Reliable Carriers twice. Once from KY to WI and once from WI to SC. Happy with them both times.

As a reference, I paid $900 from ATL to CLE with Bears. My friends that used them paid $2k from CLE to SAN.

I used Black Stallion through a broker. Very professional and excellent communications with the driver. My wife received the car as I was working. The battery was dead and they jumped it for her and made sure she made it back to our house safely before they left. Note this was door to door but due to the size of the truck they met down the street at a shopping center. Was $1200 from PA to FL. Was picked up 48hrs after initial booking and deliver in 2 days. The only reason I choose them over Reliable was shipping time. A lot of enclosed carriers were not doing trips south yet.
