I have a 2011 GTS and I have connected my iphone via PCM 3.0 ipod & iphone interface and a lightning adapter. With this I only get sound out of the passenger-side speakers. Does anyone else have this issue? Has anyone found a solution?

I have not had that issue, though I use a different set-up on my 2011 C2S...bought a Bovee so it's Bluetooth with all phone functions (iPhone 11 Pro) and it works like a champ. I stream my SiriusXM, etc.
Might be worth testing with a Bovee (relatively cheap and cheerful) if you're getting all channels through normal stereo operation (not using your iPhone)...could be a connection at the adapter.

How good is the audio quality for music using this? Thx
I just bought a 2011 but haven't picked it up yet. From the pics I noticed it has a USB port. can I plug in my iPhone X into that in order to play music?

Update. I went and checked how it would sound with the aux input to see if that was an option. I noticed my ipod connector/adapter was not fully plugged in. Low and behold, It works now. Music on right and left. I'll stick to lugging in the cable. It allows me to charge the phone as well as listen.
thanks for the help.

Was just going to say try plugging it in more. Had same issue. Actually took apart my door thinking it was aftermarket speakers coming loose.
