Not sure how this happened but got how and noticed something must have hit the center insert. (06 CS) Any recommendations o. How to fix without pulling the entire fender off. 2ndly, anyone recommend a reliable body shop to fix in the md/dc/va area preferably near Rockville md

Mine did the same. I thought something hit it too, until I pushed it back into position and after a high speed ride, it was like that again.

First, all you need is a 12 to 14 inch rod. You have easy access to it from over the underside front panel if you lay on the ground where you just push it back into position with the rod. It wouldnt clip into position (probably some clips were damaged on a previous removal) so I used a few drops of glue, pushed it back in and it hasn't happened again.

It's broken clips on the back side. Easy fix, but you have to remove the bumper cover (not a fender). The removal is very easy, once you do it once. Lots of tutorials on removing the front bumper cover here.

Remove it and Install a center rsdiator. Solves the problem, helps cool the motor, and looks more functionally appropriate.

Agreed. And install Rennline or another manufacturer's radiator grills. They look good and are very effective at protecting the radiators, and decreasing the amount of debris that builds up at the bottom of the side radiators.
