Storing the 997 for another year

Given the current situation, how little I've been driving, and some recent health issues. I've been doing the math about not putting the 997 on the road this summer given the cost and how little time I have to drive it.
This will be first time I'm storing the car beyond the usual 5-6 months of winter we get here. If I was to store the car until next summer, are there additional steps that needs to be taken? Prior to storing last winter, I've done my oil change, battery tender hooked up, all 4 tires are inflated and sitting on heavy duty gym mats, and has fuel stabilizer put in (and ran for 20m).
Thanks in advance.

I would add some kind of moisture grabber packet in the interior to make sure it stays nice and dry in there and you are good.

You should be good, a few months or a year - routine is the same...

I'd try and start and drive it at least every 2 months to keep things lubricated.
Also if insurance cost is issue, many Insurance companies allow cancellation/suspense of policy and allow 1 day of usage every 3 days with no charge.
Allstate offers this and during a few wet/cold months here I usually do this.

Not sure if this is right but I have a car that I put less than 100 miles a year on. Every couple of months, I take it out for 10-15 miles till it warms all the way up. Put stabil in it and drive it. Every 3-4 years, i siphon the gas tank and refill. Has worked so far. change oil every 2-3 years.

I would suggest a very low fuel level (about a gallon). Some say to fill the tank, but in a year you will have a full tank of bad gas. If the level is kept very low, just add say 5 gallons to dilute the bad 1 gallon and your off and running.

I’ll pay shipping cost, promise to keep in garage and drive 100 miles/week min, max 300. Warm up properly and keep it in tip top shape. Only be adult driven. No track days. Better than sitting in garage

I've stored my 997 for nearly a year twice during deployments. The fist time a friend would start Her up and let Her run but when I went To get Her the valve train made such a noise I had To change the oil in his driveway before To go, and the oil was new from right before storing. The second time I followed porsche storing instructions wich is to leave it atone with gaz stabiliser, 50psi in the tires and brand new oil. I've keep the battery on a maintaner also. She was fine, in a heated storing facility. Apparently the oil can more easily survive a year if left alone because it take such a long times to get it up to temp that you just put moisture in it if it just run at idle.
That is just to get home, I've put fresh oil again anyway To be sure.

Depends on the area that it is being stored in. If the storage area doesn’t have quick temperature changes then low may be good, but quick temperature changes lead to condensation with a less than full tank of fuel.

My mom hasn't been driving much with COVID, so her Audi sits. She's asked me to pop by and drive the snot out of it once a month (no, she is not going to hook up a battery tender). I'm sure there is some kind soul would be willing to sacrifice a few hours of his/her time to give your car a periodic flogging.
