Default Where to buy this part? Exhaust tip sleeve/flange/ring

When switching to my Tubi exhaust this exhaust tip ring broke. Can't find a part number for it without having to order a new tip all over again. These must be made by some other companies?

pretty sure FVD sells those. This is an adapter to from a Carrera to Carrera S tips (non-PSE)

https://www.fvd.net/us-en/FVD111997A...-pse-tips.html

Or if that doesn't solve your problem, maybe time to swap to the larger 90mm quad tips from Racing Dynamics? (These come with 3 sets of different sized inner rings)
ECStuning and Pelican Parts carry it, they're $250 retail for the pair.

Is it really broken? All mine are split like that to allow movement when assembling.

Haven't found them on FVD's site... Will try emailing them.

Adapter is not what I need, everything is 3.8 sized. It's literally that piece in the picture. I have 2 sets of tips, Tubi Style and Fabspeed, both need that ring to fit properly.

Mine split in 3 places from the rust, so I'd rather have a secure fitment.

Take the pieces or the one from the other side to a local muffler shop, have them match up the thickness of the tubing with something they have in house and they can use a torch or chop saw to cut you a new one the right thickness and also cut a slit in it so it's adaptable as you tighten the clamp. They'll probably charge you $10.

I thought about that but in Switzerland with labour at over $200 an hour for a basic mechanic it would probably cost me over $100 + travelling there + we are in a lockdown. I would rather just order online if I can find something. Hard to imagine that something to simple can't be bought.

Did anyone ever figure out a part number for these rings/bushings? I need a pair for my Carrera.

Just seen this thread and I know that you can get them from the UK ebay site or the 997 owners FB page as well as someone has had some made up over there

Did it break into two pieces? It is supposed to be a split ring.

Bumping this back up as I’m currently looking for this piece as well. Anyone source one yet?

FVD sells them to fit S tips on a base diameter exhaust.

I never found them. Ended up buying some junk tips and using the rings on my tips.

I have a 3.8 already and it doesn’t seem like these will fit. I just emailed them to make sure
