I've used Reliable Carriers enclosed transport twice - KY to WI and WI to SC. I think about $800 each.

Good experience and who I'd go with again.

drsooz,

Intercity Lines will be glad to give you a price quote on your move. Please let us know where in CA to where in TN and we will send you a price quote.

I shipped my 4S purchase with Plycar (Nick) from Ohio to Florida in 7 days from first call/quote to delivery. Pricing was good for enclosed and they have live tracking online. A driver team husband / wife were super professional and not just your average driver. They had lots of other high end toys onboard.

Wish I could remember but I can't. It's been 4 years. Also looked through all my records. I save everything but apparently the shipping documents went by the wayside. I would either Google it or simply go with one of the recommendations in this thread. I've read good feedback of the recommended names here more than once so you should be in good hands with either one. Again, forget about open transport to save a few hundred bucks.

Used Intercity many times from/to Vermont, Florida and North Carolina and used PlyCar once and Prefer Intercity!
