Red Leather Interior

You should buy what ever you like. That’s why they make so many options. As somebody mentioned, Be cautious of light colored dash. On any sunny day you see the dash reflection on the windshield. With a beige dash it crazy. I think it’s why Porsche seems to be moving the direction of the split dash colors where the top section is black.

I like silver over red. It is a classic German sports car combination. If buying for yourself to keep and you like it, I don't see it as a negative at all. But if you don't love it, I wouldn't do it.

Arctic Silver & Carrera Red 09 Turbo represents! Love the red interior. Previous C2S was Meteor Grey & Carrera Red.
I do agree you're either gonna love it or hate it. It's not for everyone. I much prefer red interior over black in a 911.

I love red interiors and feel like they say "sports car". Don't really understand how it could affect resale. I don't care for beige or grey, but that's just me. I've been eyeballing a white Targa with red interior. I think the combo looks fantastic.

That’s a sick combo! Problem with red interior for an used car is pure luck if the previous owner takes good care of it or not. Red is one of the least fortunate color that doesn’t hide the wear & flaw well. GL!

Useless factoid department:
I was at a Porsche club event in Los Gatos years back and ran into a German who was just hired from BMW US to manage at Tesla. Anyway, we were looking at a silver 911S with full red leather and he mentioned that Berliners had nicknamed that color match after an East German female spy that drove a Porsche with that combination a several decades back. No, I can not remember her name.

I always associate silver with red interior to James Dean and his famous 550 Spyder.
