Looks clean but some odd things. Says full leather but it only has the full leather sides near the radio. Should have the stitching on the doors, dash but doesn't unless I just can't see.
Miles are on the high side for a Porsche. No history of accidents.
I think its a little high for the miles. Plus no full leather. Its not 5k high but a couple grand high I feel. Try to get records of maintenance and a couple grand off.

This looks very nice to me. Color is rare (vs Black and Silver...) and it is an S and a .2. Price seems pretty close to reasonable in my opinion, especially if you can confirm service records. Remember with the Rennlist crowd, we all want to buy low and sell high!!

Why all the negatives? Car has run through those miles, it must have been well maintained. Factor in services down the line and that will give you an idea of what
your cost of ownership will be. 997.2's with 60-70k miles are changing hands at +- 40k nowadays. Wake up!

Trying to get a couple grand off and make sure you get records is solid advice on any car, this included.
Further just because the car has 82k miles and made it to that mileage does not mean it must have been well maintained. I would again try to get records, see what is due and has been done and make sure it was taken care of. Plus I would pay for a PPI (prepurchase inspection).
Good luck OP with the purchase. The hunt can be long but it pays off in the end.
