Default PPI Reference - Anyone in Orlando

Hey Guys-

Working through a possible error on the AutoCheck report. (See other thread).

Depending on how that goes, I might make an offer on a vehicle in Orlando.

Does anyone know of a good PPI resource?

Anyone live in Orlando?

Call Ned at Euro Car Expert (off Colonial and Goldenrod) or guys at Dealer Alternative Services (Colonial by Orlando Executive Airport). They both work on lots of P cars. I’ve dealt with both and give ‘em big thumbs up. See if they can work a PPI in. They have good hourly rates.

Ballpark cost for a good PPI?

any specific items that should be covered?

This is is a PDK, not sure if DME is necessary.

Ask for Simon at Driver’s Choice Motors in Longwood. He owns a 2006 C2S and track preps a lot of Porsches. I trust his opinion highly.

Hey Guys!!! Dealer accepted offer and deposit has been made. Any ideas on thoughts above?

Figure best to have PPI inspect front end.

Default Try orlando porsche

As long as you're not buying the car from the Porsche dealership in Orlando you might as well see if they'll do a MPI or PPI for you

I will not recommend Dealer Alternative Services. They're more of Mercedes-Benz shop. When it comes to Porsche in Central Florida, Mike and Simon at Driver's Choice Motors is the best alternative.

Did you finally hire somebody to do the PPI? If so did you buy the car?

Yep- another recommendation for Driver's Choice- they know what they are doing. They are way on the north side of Orlando though, which may be an issue depending on where the car is... another very good option is German Excellence on the east side of town.
