Looks great - love the 2-tone black and tan interior.

Problems 2 & 3 are a cracked reservoir tank behind the front fender liner or a leaking junction where the pump plugs into the tank. Not terribly hard or expensive to fix.

Recirc might just be a stuck flap from sitting since it was a second car. The vacuum actuator only supplies so much force and if the car was up north and only used in the summer, and is a cab, the owner probably never had the A/C running and used it in Eco mode most of the time. I bet if you manually free that stuck vacuum actuator that it works after that.

That's a nice looking car. Is this in your possession now or do you still have to pick it up?

Reviewed the PPI with my Indie mechanic who works on my Audi's (also does Porsche). He saw no major issues and can probably do all the repair work for about 1/2 of what the dealership quoted(go figure).
Appreciate Petza914 diagnostic prowess on the reservoir tank and flap(Mechanic stated most likely cause also)
Will fly out tomorrow for a lovely drive back in my new (to me) Porsche!

Thank's everyone for their input.
