Default Liqui-Moly MoS2 Anti-Friction Engine Treatment

Anyone have experience utilizing Liqui-Moly MoS2 Anti-Friction Engine Treatment in their 997 (.1 or .2)? What has been your experience been? Anything noticeable right away or issues that have occurred as a result?

I'm about to try this on my next oil change due to very positive reports from a friend.

I have been using Liqui Moly MoS2 in various cars including a 997.2 for several years. The engine idles quieter and smoother. I like to use it for its solid lubrication properties adhering/coating moving parts, especially beneficial to protect cold starts. Be prepared to see a very dark oil when draining, due to the additive color, nothing to do with oil use.

Have used it religiously for years in my heavily tracked 997.1, and will continue to after having my motor apart at 85k miles due to a failed lifter holder which in turn locked a scavenge pump. Wear rates looked amazing considering the use and mileage.

Seems like a no brainer on higher mileage engine but is there any advantage in using it on say a 10k mile car?

It benefits both, but for a low mileage engine there's also Liqui Moly Ceratec...

I don't add anything to the oil for fear of the additive package of the oil being incompatible with whatever magic elixer I feel like I want to add. Seems unnecessary and just opens up the possibility for an issue. Haven't had any engine issues on any of my vehicles for 34 years so I'll continue with this protocol.

I agree with that in principle, the exception being MoS2 which does not conflict with other additive packages.
