I just can't imagine that narrow bodied 2006 S going over $36K at the most - If it does I'd say my 07 C4S market value is closer to $40K with new clutch/water pump/brakes only 300 miles ago
This will be a fun auction to watch

I think we need to establish a new rule.
Guessed sold prices need to be made 2 days prior to the auction.
Guessing winning bids a day before the auction doesn't make it much of a game especially those that bet hours before auction end.

This was discussed and I want to say I had a 48hr limit, but someone pointed out that most of the real movement happens the last 1hr so I conceded and went with 3hrs, which is reflected in the first post. If others think it impacts guesses then maybe we should change it to 24hr, although I sorta agree that the last hour or so is usually when most things happen.

I agree that it should not be within just hours of the auction. I was going to wait and do that for the next several times because it seems there’s no point in guessing early just like bidding on a car to whirly.
I’ll vote for and be OK with two days prior.

Holy crap you guys have more rules than the IRS! To add to the misery, here's MY proposed new rule:
Always repeat the LINK to the BAT auction along with your guess
(and edit the first post so it has all the correct, revised rules :-)
This would help newbies like me from having to reverse scroll through 50+ "comment" posts trying figure out which car/auction you are actually predicting the final value of...

eg:
2006 Porsche 911 Carrera S, 18K miles, accident history.
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...1-carrera-s-8/
pfbz guess = $40,987
(and yes, I realize my guess is ironically now void with the revised '24 hour' rule. ~23 hours left on that auction)

...and since guesses are now closed on the last one, and a new one has appeared on cue, heres the next one.
(probably breaking at least one of the dozen or so rules by posting it...)

2005 Porsche 911 Carrera S 6-Speed
No Reserve
52K miles, clean carfax, silver over black full leather, sport chrono, full IMS controversy already...
