997.1 help with determining value?
I'm interested in a '06 base with 67K miles. Silver with black interior. Low options but has some nice track focused upgrades: GT3 calipers and master cylinder, Giro Discs front and rear, Bilstein PSS9s, some RSS linkage , Recaro Profi XL seats, harnesses and bar, deep sump and engine mounts, spare set of OZ wheels.
What do you think this car is worth??

I'd say low 30s for a normal case model, but that's probably $10k in upgrades on this one if they're something you're interested in. If you were to buy a regular base car and then add thus stiff, you'd be where he is. I'd say split the difference with him at $35.
I’m going to look at the car tomorrow to determine if it’s been ‘beat on’. Personally, I’m looking for a backroads car and occasional track toy.
$40K is ridiculous - tell seller i said so
if it was an S maybe low-mid-$30's
IMO the tracking mods don't factor into a higher asking price as i think most buyers like myself assume the car has been beat on with track driving

There are plenty of cars out there with upgraded suspensions and "track" mods that have never seen a track - for example, mine. Some of us just like to eliminate all the slop from a rubber bushing suspension for more a more precise drive. The difference in how my car handles vs my wife's stock C2S with PASM is like two completely different cars. A side benefit that I didn't even consider is that without the rubber bits wearing and compressing, the alignment just doesn't change. I haven't had to realign my car since having it initially done when I installed the suspension mods and had it corner balanced - that was back in April of 2014. Tire wear is still perfect, steering wheel is perfectly straight, tracking and cornering precision, also still perfect. Yes, I've had tires done since then, but a road force balance off the car, then on they go. My wife's gets aligned every time we do tires and usually needs some type of tweak to get back into spec.

MSRP was $88,605.00 They're asking $38K

I personally think many timesa tracked car gets better maintained in many ways. Guys who track their cars recognize that if they don’t maintain them they could be spending $400+ on a weekend that ends with them spending $400+ to get towed home after one session.
