fit the lip with emc2's adapters today. Did not snap any pictures yet as car was dirty. I love how everything in the kit was so carefully packaged. The instructions are very helpful. Make sure to read it properly 2-3 times and once your under the car, everything will make sense.
Has anyone considered putting a ppf on the lip? My front bumper is completely trashed with stone chips due to trackdays, canyon run etc on quite a regular basis and its lowered which makes things worse.

Thanks for the update Presto. Glad it all went well.

Interesting question about the ppf. I haven't come across anyone that's done that yet, but it seems the films these days can adhere to plastics pretty well.

Couldn't have said it any better
I was one of the guys who initially tried to install the 991 lip on my 997 w/o EMC2's solution (aka with double sided tape and screws), what a PITA and all the screws I put in to hold it in place didn't survive very long.
Now with EMC2's new mounting solution it was literally a snap (see above) and my new front lip had a few incidents w/o any impact.

Great solution and big thanks to EMC2!

Thanks for the great feedback Hatzenbach!
The main adapter clips have indeed been designed to withstand a lot of force.

Does this work with the 997.2 GTS front end?

The GTS bumper does not use the same type and location of clips to secure the spoiler, so it will not work.
However, with the GTS bumper, at least you have some good OEM spoiler options already available.

The results are in and it's official, this lip with the adapter kit is AWSOME. Makes a huge improvement on the front end. I love that it’s OEM and amazed that a 991 part fits so well on the 997.2. The adapter kit is super high quality. This is one of those “wish I did it sooner mods”. Thanks EMC for making this so easy.
