You'll probably see them on craigslist and Facebook. I have the links, but I'm not going to "advertise" for them, but the wheels will be coming from Louisiana.

i bought a set of of carrera sport wheels couple weeks ago on ebay that came from Louisiana but they came bent and not as described. However the seller was kind of enough to take them back and issue full refund and cover the shipping back. The name was different than in the article as well, so probably not the same set.
