$43-$45k.
Not sure the wood will go with Terracotta - carbon would be better, but if the car has any Makassar wood trim on the doors and you decide you don't like it, I'll swap you black leather door panels for them, or just the wood pieces for my wife's car. Hers has the Makassar steering wheel now too.

Someone mentioned tires and we should add to the list all wear items and up-to-date and very recent services. Those $40k cars can quickly add up to $50k cars if all of the above is not addressed. A $50k 997.1 should need nothing except oil for at least 15k to 20k miles.

May be a hair high but I say go for it if you like the build. I’m still regretting not buying my “perfect” build that was 5k more than I wanted to pay 2 years ago. I have not seen another like it since.

I looked for close to 6 months before I found my 997.2. There were some, but not a lot that were around the 50k mark. They went fast when they were low mileage and optioned like you have wanted. I can’t speak for the market now and Spring is the time that prices are the highest. 997.2 alleviates almost all of the issues the 997.1 engine have plus the electronics are not as outdated. To each their own. You are the one who has to live with it and put down the cash. You asked for opinions from the forum and this is mine. Take it or leave it. When it all comes down to it I believe the 997.2 will hold its value better than the 997.1 as there are no IMS issues and rarely have bore scoring issues. Those are real concerns with the 997.1 or there would not be a sticky at the top of this forum about it.

I think there are some bias opinions on here between the 997.1 & 997.2. I like to hear from owners of both cars opinion. I have driven both but couldn't see a big difference in performance to justify a 10 -$20k price increase.

I tend to agree, which is why I'm struggling to spend $50K+ on a 997.1 I feel like I can wait until my budget increases and the right 997.2 presents itself. Either way, I hope to be back in a GT3 in 2-3 years.

thats a beautiful build spec - very rare especially with low miles, reminds me of my car spec + milage wise when i bought 5 years back.
2-tone terracotta interior is beautiful.
are theyre any photos online?

i have owned both. .2 definitely a better car...but not 15k. Most I would pay for .2 premium would be 5k. $7.5 but would have to be the perfect spec.

That price sounds fair given the build, low mileage and track record. If it is what you're truly looking for, go for it. There aren't too many low mileage, special builds 997.1 or 997.2's like this currently on the market. I see only 2 997.2 C2S that are under 30K miles on AT. They are both gray with one at RAC and the other at CCS.
