This is how I'm thinking as well, the HRE wheels are $8000, exhaust is $4000, and headers $1000. Tune another $1500.. so at market price for the car I'm essentially get these mods for free...

Those are all high quality mods - not sure why anyone would downgrade their car and sell these off just to have one that's stock. The tune optimizes the better flowing headers, the HRE wheels probably look nicer than stock ones, have better offsets, and are probably lighter for lower unsprung weight.
