Steering locked after disassembling - 997TT MY07

Hello everyone!
I just finished the assembling of a 997 Turbo MY2007.
It was a color change, some past bad repairs recovery, and the car was fully disassembled.
Now that the car is finished, I try to start it but when I insert the key, it recognizes (it says “key 2”), and after a couple of seconds a red sign shows, saying “steering locked”.
Before I start to disassemble everything back, I would like to know if anyone has passed through this and if there is any solution?
I wonder if there’s any special procedure to assemble the steering column...
I have been searching the web and most of the posts only cover earlier models like 996 and Boxsters.
Thanks in advance for any help.

wow, you did that at home?, also this is the 997 not 997 turbo forum, but I am sure someone in her knows how to tell the computer the right key is in the ignition, usually it's coded to each key and the car know which is active, but not sure about the lockout error.

Not sure if it's an immobilizer/sensor/electrical message or a mechanical locked message.
Sometimes if the steering wheel is turned too far left or right and the mechanical lock kicks in, you need to turn it a little more in the same direction to release the lock. Does the wheel itself unlock and move freely with the key in, meaning it's possible to spin the steering wheel?

Thanks for your comments.
The steering is really locked. I cannot move the car.
A Porsche computer has been connected to the car but it cannot establish connection with the ECU because the steering is locked and this fact does not let us go further...

Never heard of this in a 997 and hope it's not the same thing that occasionally happens to Cayennes, but since they're of the same generation....
