Shoooooot, I just realized I have never posted pics of my GTS on this thread. 2011 very track focused build, 6spd, LWFB. I have done a 5 lug conversion and complete monoball suspension upgrade which includes MCS 3way struts with 700/900 springs. It is a blast on the track. The car can hang with 991 GT3s in the corners all day long...

Not sure what the lugged wheels are, but I bought his OZ Ultraleggera 9 X19 and 12 X19 centerlines. They fill the wheel wells nicely and shed a few pound per wheel- though the 245/35 and 325/30 MPS4 rubber probably gives some of that weight savings back vice OEM 235/35 and 305/30 MPSS.
Here is the same car prior to the mods, with my wheels:
And those wheels on my own 997:

Offsets are 47 and 48.
Was told his car was stock, not lowered, but has SPASM.
Here are two more from a different angle:
I bought the OZ's from him to cure the crappy offset.
My GTS has PASM, so will sit less than a half inch higher (.4 in / 10mm)
I can live with that gap, but not the lateral offset:

I have since changed everything in the suspension.....

Is that performance motivated? I run DSC right now, but thinking if springs will help with SPASM right now.. or full coilovers down the road.

Yes, performance motivated. I decided to pull it off the road last winter to do a suspension refresh and ended up doing:
- 5 lug conversion
- complete monoball LCAs for RSS
- all dog bones and toe ends replaced with Rennline
- MCS 3 way coil overs w/ remote res
- MCS front adjustable upper strut plates, factory Gt3rs rear upper mounts.
- custom 600/800 rate springs
- F&R carbon upper strut bars to mount the reservoir
- Rear H&R adjustable sway bar.
- Other miscellaneous odds and ends.
it was a fun project and feels great on the track.

Hi, Phil.
As you know, I bought the wheels back in January. Had Roux mount PS4S on them and shipped them to my car storage shop in SoCal.
Took a month-long road (Jan 15- Feb 17) trip in my Macan GTS from Portland to Seattle, Vancouver, Whistler and most of the Powder Highway in BC. Had Mich Alpins mounted in Portland, they were just amazing in every condition I encountered- rain, sleet, snow, ice, gravel and slush. Highly recommend them for winter on a Macan with Air Supension. The skiing was epic, steep and deep. Like heli or cat skiing, but mostly in bounds with no shovel, probes or transceiver required.
Unfortunately, my wife and I contracted Covid-19, probably at Whistler. We flew home to Hawaii on Feb 17, sick as dogs. Was somewhat aware Covid-19 was spreading back then, and took every precaution on the trip, but still got infected. Now there are 3 million others, so far. We are now OK, but our acute symptoms lasted 2 weeks, and the cough hung on for 3 more.
Consequently, I have not yet flown to LA to put your old wheels on my car. I also have a new DSC box and a Sharkwerks X-pipe sitting there waiting for this pandemic to run its course so I can fly six hours to LA. Feel like an impatient, excited kid waiting for XMas morning.
I do agree with Sandwedge, your GTS (was) (is) exactly the stance I am hoping to duplicate on mine. I know it will sit .4 inches higher on my PASM springs, but the aggressive OZ offsets, combined with the MP4S wider/squarer profile, should fill the wheel wells "well".
Just looking at same size PSS and PS4S side-by-side (combined with 1" wider F and R OZ wheels) will be a dramatic improvement over my OEM Spyders with PSS:
I still want to meet up with you guys in Palm Springs and have you show me your favorite roads- I sure enjoyed the Palm to Pines Highway 74, out that way. Your mods are awesome. I would love a ride post pandemic.

Oh man! Sorry to hear about your C19 situation, sounds tough... We canceled all our spring and summer plans and haven't left the state since early Feb.... I think you will love the extra girth on wheels and tires and the offset just sets it off...
Would love to connect next time you run through WA. Just hit me up.
Hope to see some pics of yours soon.

My GTS at our 75th Grand Tour last year. Photo shoot at a regional airport in TN, on a rainy October day.

Honestly that rainy day worked out great, epic backdrop for the photos!
