Default Car stolen

Stolen from my garage following an open house in Redmond WA. 2005 C2S, seal gray, GT3 body kit, some red leather interior upgrades. lic number BBX3261. Car is unique and can be easily spotted because of solid red tail lights (turbo style).

Please be on the lookout and pm me if you see it or see it listed for sale.

How did they steal it? Was one of your car keys missing from the open house?
Redmond is a nice area, I lived in kirkland five years ago.

Shocking they stole your car.
Did they tak it at night? Obviously garaged

The spare key was in the house.

Sorry to hear that man... that's horrendous.

I am still confused as to HOW it was stolen? Any of your keys missing? or they somehow scanned the car and came back with a key to steal it?!

Best of luck in finding it.

The metal key really does nothing much but turn the tumbler in the ignition switch. Its the immobilizer that allows the car to start. They must have found the key, swiped it, and came back later and drove off.

They found the key and pulled the emergency release on the garage door shuttle. That disconnected the opener and allowed them to come back later and just lift the garage door by hand from the outside. When the real estate event checked the doors they didn't notice the shuttle wasn't connected.

They returned after the open house and opened the door from the outside and simply drove away. Heartbreaking.

Heartbreaking is right - Man so sorry this happened to you. Thieves & Dishonest people suck!

Punch the vin into google every so often to see if you get an internet hit. Such a shame, but since it's hard to sell a car without disclosing the VIN so people can run a CarFax (since they think there's value in that), it's probably going to be parted out. Check ebay for your red leather interior pieces or the other more unique components, like the rear wing in your Seal Grey color, pse muffler, tips, etc. What wheels are they - those might be the first to show up since they're the easiest to remove. PCCB brakes (high value and fairly rare)? Know your engine Serial #?

Post up a bunch of interior and exterior shots so we can be on the lookout for any parts that surface.

Fingers crossed that it's just been taken for a joyride and will be recovered soon.

I would be very nervous if I was the realtor....in CA they are responsible for damage and theft during the open house.

I am also so mad for you as your car looks like one of the nicest looking and best optioned 997s I've seen. Best of luck... hope the ******** are found quickly.
