I'm not sure which direction they are supposed to go, but Falken does state they are directional:
"What we can tell you is that the RT660 was developed for the absolute maximum performance; and running them backwards won’t help you achieve that. Falken engineers specifically designed this tire with a directional tread pattern knowing it would help you get every last bit of performance out of your vehicle. "
This made me look around and it appears your tires are mounted backwards; there is a rotation indicator on the sidewall near the tread after the word FALKEN.
You are correct, 'rotation' is stepped on the sidewall.
However, it is stamped on both sidewalls, so, they can be rotated side to side for even wear.
Huh, I'd be surprised they'd have the rotation indicators countering each other as every picture on the internet shows the rotation indicator going the opposite direction of your car's tire mounting.
Anyhow... just tryin' to help!
Falken says if you're going to rotate them side to side the tires need to be dismounted and flipped so the rotation follows the arrow on the side wall.
It doesn't matter that much but you will lose some performance in the rain with yours running them backward. If you ever drive in the rain.
Ok, now I'm curious - I'll go into the shop tomorrow and have a closer look at the 245s that are sitting there - I cannot see an arrow, so this warrants more investigation.

Swap them mounted as they are left side to right and vice versa and you are good.

There are indeed tiny little arrows on them, and they are on backwards - not only going deaf, but blindness is coming on strong - thanks all for the corrective action!
