Question Ceramic Brakes

Ordered my '04 Cab (Atlas Grey, standard) w/o PCCB brakes. Now have read a few positive comments about them and am feeling some remorse. Any thoughts?

My thoughts were as a non-track convertible they were overkill.

Thanks.

on a non-track cab, I think they're definitely overkill, but you can always retrofit if you like. A local dealer is offering the kit for $12k.

Thanks. Is retrofitting ever the same as getting it new?

Default Porsche is cathing on

See the attached website - Porsche is now letting people know that
the brakes don't hold up well under hard braking.

I started a thread on this topic two weeks ago, which almost got me killed Check it out it proved quite interesting and even had pics of disks brittling.

Mark-

I did not get a chance to talk to you at the meeting the other evening. I wanted to get your feedback on the new brake setup.

Default New Brakes

The new Brembo GT brakes are fantastic. They stop on time all the time. I can't stress how much of a confidence boost it is to know that the brakes you have are going to work.
