Because it is a "911 S" hope it's a good buy. I'd say get a ppi offer 29-30 and spend what 3-5k reconditioning assuming you can live with the 5 speed auto. Might make a decent daily though at that number

Easy way to tell if it's a turbo or not, is the intercooler intakes on both sides.

Hey thanks, Jason, I see what you mean (well sort of, as the photos in that particular ad are not of the finest clarity, to put it kindly.)

Passing this along, the ad is pretty scatter brained and the pics are a bit low res but the price is right if a PPI checks out...

Where's the custom wheels?
That would make a great track car, though.

^ Track car because high miles? Looks a little too nice to turn into a track car. That car probably is gonna need an engine rebuild . . . in another 300,000 miles or so.

Spell Check is a "Buetiful" thing! That is a hell of a price if it is clean title/no accident history.....

Wow, +1...could potentially be one of the better deals around right now if it checks out.

Thanks for the heads up - I passed it along to my friend and it looks like it might now be sold!

They are slowly creeping up in value. Good to see. 3 months ago this car would have been overpriced.

Yep, sell off all the interior. I like my track cars nice!
Actually if I ever get serious about a 996tt track car, I would want a lighter color.

Found this great 2008 Carrera S Cab in Chicagoland. Negotiated to $52,000. Only 4235 miles as it was held in a 7 year divorce case. Fully loaded with a $113,800 build sheet sticker. My first Porsche and I think I landed a great one. Had it for the last 2 weeks and I can't stop driving it.
