For 99% of the people who will never sniff the Ring, this is a wash.

But it doesn't speak to the subjective assessments of "handling".

Okay whatever, you always seem to be argumentative! Subject is just that subjective which is based on niothing tangible, objective is based on concrete facts and data, so whats your point?

I'm not being argumentative, go back and read the first reply in this thread. I think it's important to identify whether or not the discussion is about objective handling data, subjective assessments of handling, or both. Posting Ring lap times is really not a pure objective look at the handling abilities of a car as that track also rewards horsepower.

And subjective assessments in fact do rely on tangible inputs.

Feels like a PIG on Steroids with stock suspension.

PSS10s are like night and day but the car still feels heavy on the track especially if you are running stock brakes.

Good luck dialing in the PSS10s. It takes someone who really knows what they are doing.

Just curious as you seem to always have an opinion. So you're telling me you did one of those race day follow the leader $20 dollar parades

From a solo DE guy. Not a racer... My car was and is DD useable. To me, the final evolution of a P car is drive to the track, do whatever at a DE, and drive home. This car does that in spectacular fashion. So for me, this is tops and really needs nothing more. The fun thing about this, it is really reliable and these days compared to new P cars, cheap.

With full bore control arms sways, JIC Cross 8/12kg units, drip links, etc... gt2 european ride height, correct tire pressure and tire temp on AD08 - the car is a beast. I've dialed out understeer with all the good and the bad. It sets up in corners and is forgiving. I run it on the softer side. Tire choice drastically affects things. I like AD08's

Big front and rear downforce. The car is just amazing. But not stock. Stock is understeer and slow turn-in. Both stock and this car will cross continents without issue at high speed. Short of hauling a large number of people or going off road, it just about does it all. You could not ask a sports car for more. And it looks cool.

Had the same shocks/springs as jcb plus GT3 sway bars, Tarrett drop links, camber plates and a few other odds and ends on my first '01. Handled nearly as well as my full on RSA which had been stripped down and set up for racing, which I did for a few years.
I know it can be done. Leaving this one fairly stock. Don't plan on going back to the track, and minimal mods will handle anything I encounter on the road

Dock - obviously you need to go back and read what I posted, i mentioned not the only data point!( see below)

" the data shows the overall capability of the car, it is a data point that helps show the differences, is not the only data point, but it reflects a data point that can be used to provide information when it comes down to handling questions! "

Heres a qustion is the sky blue? I am sure you will tell me not today or something in those terms!!
