Default SpeedTech Exhaust Installed

I received my 2.5" X-cellerator on Christmas Eve, after UPS delays due to the heavy snow endured on the Thursday prior. Everything was packaged really well with tons of bubble wrap, so it all arrived safely. I should also mention the the weld quality and fittment of the exhaust is excellent. With a 12" of snow now on the ground and the heavy road salting that came with it, I'll have to wait to post my thoughts on how it sounds on the road and under load.

I can say from a cold start it sounds amazing, and i can actually hear the turbos spool, the way it should have been from the factory in my opinion.

I did the job by myself in about 3hrs, very easy. The hardest part of the job is removing the factory boat anchor exhaust, and even that wasn't difficult, I used my floor jack to lower it out of the car. I had 8 new studs, locking nuts, and sealing rings for the turbos. I ended up replacing only 2 studs, 1 on each side because they backed out of the turbo flange as I attempted to loosen the nuts. No rear bumper cover removal necessary by the way, I know some say to remove it when doing exhaust swaps/other exhaust work etc.

Looks like the 2.5" tips. Great sound and not intrusive at all in the cabin !!! 3" tips can be fitted as well to give a bit more volume , like on mine . Great exhaust system I have to say . Quality is top notch.
