@Ben_C: How is the noise with the crossbars installed? I've heard some roof-racks that howl like banshees.

I've only been for one drive with them on, didn't notice any noise. That might change when I bolt on the ski holders!

They whistle a bit on mine but no biggie. I don't use them enough to keep them on all the time.

With the sunroof open it's pretty loud and annoying, IMO. With the sunroof closed, I don't hear it....Only use mine occasionally, as well.
