Chris/Dell: don't you need adjustable drop links too if you are going to run ARB's? Those are pricey too!

In the grand scheme of things not much at all. About $450 for F&R from Tarret.

Dell you need to get the drop links from TRG. They're more expensive, but are curved to clear the front axles... Just sayin'

Is it your goal to part me with ALL my money?

On a serious note, since I am not familiar with what I have on right now (stock), are they curved as well? Just trying to understand. Thanks Mike!

No rubbing.
Are these sizes ok with the AWD? I thought you couldn't deviate from stock due to possible diff damage.

There is a tolerance between front and rear that you should stay between of 3%. Their diameters are well within that at:

25.39" for the 235
25.55" for the 245
25.35" for the 315

Stockers aren't curved, but def. pencil thin and will break on you, especially the way you drive, Dell. I've broken TWO in the first year I owned my car... one front, one rear... I run the Tarreds on the rear and the TRGs up front... They're BEEFY.

That's strange that Tarrett would put out the front links in a straight (non-curved) configuration, if curved is requried. Do any other manufacturers use a curved link?

Do we know if Tarret's are straight or curved for the front?

orginally they were designed for the 996 2wd. prior to my motons I had the trg straight version and I didn't have any issues with rubbing. if I remember correctly I had adjusted them full loose with GT sways, with so much understeer I doubt you would set them any tighter atleast for me. If the length is adjusted with the suspension unweighted so the axle is at the most positve camber you shouldn't have any rubbing issues. my suspension was lowered also..

Great, thanks for the explanation.

Since I am not an expert at metallurgy I am curious if the beefy bent units from TRG are less or more strong since they not straight. I would assume straight is stronger?

not sure about strength but I would think that the straight version would be harder to flex. the trg straight version I had were top notch, If I remember they were the most pricey also..
